What we collect

When you submit the DTLA office IT audit form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone, role, district or tower, and the notes you provide. If you call the DTLA Direct Desk or open a helpdesk ticket, we collect the information needed to respond to that request.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to your request, schedule an audit, and deliver IT services. We do not sell personal information. Operational notices may be sent by email or SMS under the parent SFV Cloud SMS terms.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host email, ticketing, and this website, and when required by law. Building management may receive technician names and COI details when a high-rise visit requires them.

Retention and rights
